Dairy Queen - Fairfax, Virginia
Located in a shopping center at the corner of Lee Hwy and Jermantown Rd, this DQ sits between an Indian buffet and a "Halal" grocery. The single room bathroom is tucked in the back of the store. No key is needed but it would take serious cajones to stroll past the shopkeeper's watchful eye without making a purchase. No toilet paper- definitely a hover situation because there is nothing to cover with. Ample paper towels and a relatively clean fresh atmosphere make up for the loud fan and lack of TP. My Blizzard did not pass the upside-down thickness test so overall I would say you could probably do better.
