I am an actor. I have to go to a lot of random places to do a lot of random things. Usually I get to the point where I have to find a bathroom. This is the story of those bathrooms, the struggles to find them, and the satisfaction of discovering a comfy clean commode. -Megan

There is no mathematical formula involved in the score I give a restroom. It's more like an overall feeling based on past experiences.
On a scale of 1-10
1 = third world, hole in ground, unknown creature hissing from thatched roof above
10 = super posh, automatic everything, bathroom attendants, etc.
